Nick and Frances (Fan) have been living at Bishops Court for the last 15 years.  They live here with their 3 children farming and running a successful marquee and furniture hire business.  Nick has over 25 years experience in the industry having run another company in Hampshire before returning home to Devon to farm.   The children are now older and they have decided to expand Salston Marquee Hire and form Fanfare Catering.  An exciting development.  

Fanfare has now taken over the existing china hire business and that along with the catering side is not VAT registered.  

Although not formally trained Fan has entertained and cooked for parties of varying sizes for friends and family over the years and has received many compliments.  She is a capable and enthusiastic cook who prepares food in a hygienic and professional manner.  It seemed inevitable that a catering arm of  their existing business would be formed.  Fanfare offers a catering service targeting the local holiday market providing traditional home made family freezer food to holiday cottages.  

Nick continues to farm and run Salston Marquee Hire.
